Working with Dr. Christopher M. Shelton, Crystal Kittisopikul specializes in family care at the Medical and Surgical Clinic of Irving. She works to provide individualized attention to each of the patients she sees and brings her experience and expertise every day.
Kittisopikul began her education in medicine at the University of New Mexico, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and graduated from the University Honors Program magna cum laude. After studying at the El Centro Community College in pre-health studies, she attended Midwestern University where she earned her Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies and published her capstone project entitled “Asthma Treatment (or lack thereof) During Pregnancy: the Maternal and Fetal Effects.” Before coming to MSCI, Kittisopikul worked as a research technician at UT Southwestern.
With understanding in Spanish, Kittisopikul loves interacting with all of her patients. She is a member of the Association of Family Practice Physician Assistants (AFPPA), Texas Academy of Physician Assistants (TAPA), American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), and Alpha Epsilon Delta honor society.
