The Physical Medicine program at the Medical and Surgical Clinic of Irving creates customized treatment plans for patients suffering from a wide variety of non-surgical, musculoskeletal conditions, including but not limited to osteoarthritis, degenerative disc disease, rotator cuff tears, plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, bursitis, tendonitis, joint pains, sprains, lower back pain, and more.
The product of a multidisciplinary consortium of healthcare experts, our Irving Physical Medicine Department represents the latest evolution in helping patients recover. Under the direction of the medical doctor, patients will work with the program’s doctor of chiropractic, exercise physiologist, and supporting staff to create a long-term treatment plan, typically lasting 4-6 weeks.
Ramon Negrete, D.C., and his team have experience working with patients to recover after injuries, improve overall health, and reduce or eliminate pain. While each treatment plan will vary from patient to patient, our Irving physical medicine specialists typically focus on strengthening deep core musculature, breaking up scar tissue to increase range of motion, and guiding patients through kinetic and weight-based exercises in a friendly and hospitable environment.
The Physical Medicine program operates Monday through Thursday from 9am to 7pm, and from 9am to 5pm on Friday. To schedule an appointment, call (972) 253-2580. Walk-in tours are welcomed.
