Dr. Pangtay studied medicine at the Universidad Autonoma Tamaulipas in Tampico, Mexico. After receiving his medical degree, he went on to complete a residency program in General Surgery and a Renal Transplant Fellowship at the Washington Hospital Center in Washington DC. He is certified by the American Board of Family Practice. He has active clinical privileges with Baylor Medical Center at Irving.
