Medical and Surgical Clinic of Irving offers fees standard to our specialties and the Irving area. Information about our charges is available upon request.
Because billing and collection costs add to the cost of medical care, we ask that you try to pay at the time of service. However, as a courtesy, the Medical & Surgical Clinic of Irving will file the insurance. The patient is responsible for all charges that are not covered by the health plan. Should you have special circumstances which make this difficult, please let us know in advance so that we can arrange for a mutually acceptable payment program.
