Pediatric nurse practitioner Sheila Jones has dedicated her career to serving infants. Working with pediatricians at the Medical and Surgical Clinic of Irving, Jones finds joy in helping the future generations get the best start possible.
Jones received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas in Arlington. After graduating, she began her professional career at the Methodist Dallas Medical Center. There, she worked as a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The intense atmosphere of the neonatal unit developed her ability to work with parents and young patients alike. Jones also served as a Nurse Extern.
Now at the Medical and Surgical Clinic of Irving, Jones works in the pediatric department. She is a student at the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
